THE EMILIAN CULINARY TRADITION

CLASSIC FLAVOURS WITH A MODERN TWIST

HISTORY

It was Mr. Ferrari himself that appointed the Neri Family to run Ristorante Cavallino in a letter written in the 1980s, a commitment still honoured today by the daughters of Giuseppe Neri.

“Over 30 years later we continue to work with the same dedication and commitment that our father used to guarantee the Drake, who would have lunch every day in his private dining room. This room has remained unchanged over the years and, out of respect for him, is closed to the public”.

The Cavallino is an iconic restaurant in Maranello where diners can enjoy the time-honoured flavours of the Emilian and Modenese cuisine.

A lunch or dinner with unique flavours, surrounded by historic and official Scuderia Ferrari memorabilia. More than just a restaurant,

Ristorante Cavallino is an experience that stirs the emotions.

These traditions are upheld by the kitchen and waiting staff which for over 35 years have prepared and served the same dishes that Enzo Ferrari used to order from his private dining room.
