As well as typical Modenese dishes, such as the famous and unique tortellini in broth or with cream, culatello with shavings of grana cheese and the fillet steak with traditional Modena balsamic vinegar, the Ristorante Cavallino menu also includes the inimitable black angus fillet, still cooked over our wood barbecue, and salmon with Mediterranean spices.
